The fluctuation of yarn prices and exchange rates are due to circumstances out of our control, we therefore reserve the right to change prices quoted on our website at any point in time. We will aim to change these prices immediately on the website, however product prices are finally determined at the point of sale. Customers will be notified before purchase of any price change. Any prices quoted inaccurately due to technical problems with our website will be dealt with in the same way as altered prices.
Purl English cashmere products are knitted individually to order and as such delivery times for products may vary depending on demand at that time. We source only the finest cashmere, whose supply may vary throughout the year.
Purl English accept payment by Paypal. Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express and Direct Debit can also be processed through Paypal – select the “Pay by credit card/debit card” option when you are checking out. The Production of order will only begin once payment has been processed. Please Contact Us by telephone or email, if you prefer to pay by cheque and we will send you our details.
After your order has been processed we will endeavour to have the item knitted, finished and packaged within a maximum of 28 days, although our standard delivery time is usually approximately 7 days from receipt of order. Purl English will advise you as soon as the order has been dispatched. UK Deliveries are expected to be received within 1 working day from date of dispatch and will be sent using Royal Mail’s – Special Delivery Next Day service. A signature will be required upon receipt of your parcel. Deliveries within the EU are expected to be received within 3 working days from date of dispatch and will be sent using the Royal Mail’s – AirSure Small Packets service. A signature will be required upon receipt of your parcel. Deliveries to the rest of the world are expected to be received within 5 working days from date of dispatch and will be sent using the Royal Mail’s – AirSure Small Packets service. A signature will be required upon receipt of your parcel. Please note that Import Duties may apply on receipt of the parcel, Purl English have no control over this and the customer is responsible for the charges. Please Contact Purl English if you have any particular delivery requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Purl English aim to create products of exceptional quality. We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we will be happy to exchange it for a more suitable replacement or to give you a refund, provided that; this is requested within 7 days of receiving your delivery and that the item is returned in its original, unused condition. All labels must remained attached and the product must be returned in/ with its original packaging accompanied with the delivery note (this does not apply to bespoke pieces or personalised items – see below). Delivery charges on returned items are at the customers expense and we recommend using registered post as we will not be responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. The original delivery charge is non-refundable. In the case of exchanges a re-delivery charge will apply. Any postage or courier charges incurred by Purl English will be deducted from refund payment.
Bespoke or Personalised Products – As each product is manufactured to a specification agreed and confirmed by yourself, Purl English are unfortunately unable to refund any transaction regarding bespoke or personalised products. Purl English want you to be a satisfied customer and will therefore be happy to discuss appropriate solutions. If you wish to exchange or return goods please contact Purl English directly, within your statutory time limit and inform them of your intentions. Purl English will process your request next working day.
